We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team and help us continue our growth. In this role, you will support revenue generation by managing relationships with key B2B clients, contributing to sales strategies, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Ensure timely and successful delivery of customer projects in line with First Mile’s quality standards and customer expectations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong coordination with the Strategic Account Manager and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and progress.
- Customer Engagement: Support strategic meetings and reviews by preparing materials, presenting updates, and following up on actions.
- Insight Generation: Regularly analyse customer and operational data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and support the development of project initiatives.
- Site Support: Conduct site visits to assess operational needs, support project implementation, and build stronger customer relationships.
- Issue Resolution: Act as a senior escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring swift and effective resolution in collaboration with internal teams.
- Team Contribution: Support the wider team by contributing to the preparation and coordination of conferences, events, and workshops.
